Orders & Payment
All orders placed through the Tiny Petal Studio website must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
Delivery
Delivery is available within a 20-mile radius of MK43 1AA only.
Delivery dates are selected at checkout and are subject to availability. While every effort is made to deliver on the chosen date, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Safe Place & Missed Deliveries
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, flowers may be left in a safe place, provided clear instructions have been given at the time of ordering. By requesting delivery to a safe place, the customer accepts full responsibility for the order once delivery has been made.
If no one is available to receive the delivery and no safe place has been specified, the delivery will not be made. In these circumstances, the order will be classed as a missed delivery, and no refund or redelivery will be offered.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are not available for missed deliveries or for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before placing your order.
Flower Availability & Substitutions
Flowers are a natural product and availability may vary. In the event that a specific flower or colour is unavailable, Tiny Petal Studio reserves the right to make a suitable substitution of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall style and feel of the arrangement.
Seasonal & Natural Variations
Due to seasonality and weather conditions, flower varieties, sizes, and shades may vary slightly from images shown. While we always aim to recreate designs as closely as possible, each bouquet is unique.
Care Responsibility
Once flowers have been delivered or left in a designated safe place, Tiny Petal Studio cannot be held responsible for their condition, including damage caused by weather, pets, or third parties.
Incorrect Information
Tiny Petal Studio cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied at the time of ordering.
Photography & Content
Tiny Petal Studio reserves the right to photograph completed arrangements for marketing, website, and social media purposes.
Right to Refuse Orders
Tiny Petal Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. In the unlikely event that this occurs, a full refund will be issued.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
