At Tiny Petal, I take your privacy seriously (almost as seriously as I take peonies in spring). Whether you're just browsing or sending a message about a bouquet, this page explains what information I collect, why I collect it, and how it’s kept safe.

I'm the founder, florist, and full-time snack supplier to two small humans.

• Arrange deliveries or quotes
• Keep a basic record of what we chatted about (so I don’t forget!)

I don’t use your details for marketing. No newsletters. No spam. No nonsense.

• A secure WordPress contact form
• Devices with strong passwords and biometrics

I don’t share your data with anyone, unless:

• You ask me to (e.g. sharing delivery details with a courier)
• I’m legally required to (rare, but possible)

8. Data Retention

I only keep personal info for as long as needed:

• Enquiry info: kept for up to 12 months
• Legal records (if needed): kept as required by UK law

Then it’s deleted like yesterday’s daffs.
